Note that although some models of the NBN Connection Box provide a UNI-V port for telephone handsets, its compatibility with alarm diallers, fax machines etc is not guaranteed.

For continued service of your Ness PSTN (dial-up) control panel Ness recommends either:

a) Install an optional Ness cellular dialler to provide a 4G pathway for your existing alarm panel*

b) Upgrade to a Ness DPlus or XCEL 4G alarm panel*
