AoL Shogun Licence (Number Plate) Recognition

Shogun Licence Plate Recognition allows you to track and manage vehicles within your space, allowing for seamless and automated traffic, parking, and access management!

Shogun LPR includes:

- Blacklist/Whitelist: Create different rules for your known plates - from alerting your security team for know offenders, to opening gates for VIPs, this gives you full flexibility for managing known cars

- Occupancy: Know how many vehicles are in your area, real time

Shogun LPR is a per stream licence.

Integration with VMS platforms

Samurai LPR integrates directly with Nx Witness VMS, enabling operators to search by plate ID, zone, or event time and view events live and in playback without switching systems.
This integration makes LPR events, plate searches, and alerts native in the NX Witness interface.

Samurai LPR can process plates from cameras even if you don’t use a compatible VMS, however the most seamless deployment experience — especially for live searches, event timeline access, alerting, and unified dashboard workflows — is achieved when paired with NX Witness.
